Terms & Conditions

• Entry to the awards is free of charge. Entrants must be 2026 members of County Kildare Chamber.
• The closing date for nominations will be confirmed shortly.
• An independent judging panel will review all applications received. Details of the judging panel will be announced once confirmed.
• Shortlisted applicants will be announced after the judging process has concluded. The announcement date will be confirmed shortly.
• Winners for each category will be announced at the County Kildare Chamber Business Awards Gala Dinner on Friday 13th November 2026 in Killashee Hotel.
• The judges’ decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Canvassing of judges or organisers will disqualify the entrant.
• Applications and supporting materials are now managed through Award Force. Supporting materials should be uploaded through the Award Force entry platform unless otherwise advised by County Kildare Chamber.

Invoicing & Payment

• Bookings are not fully confirmed until full payment is received.
• Unpaid bookings are subject to release 14 days in advance of the event.
• Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the event are liable for full payment and no refunds.
• If you reserve a table of ten and your numbers drop, County Kildare Chamber reserves the right to add guests to your table to make it a table of ten.
