Terms & Conditions

• Entry to the awards is free of charge. Entrants must be 2023 members of County Kildare Chamber.
• Nominations must be received by 5pm on Friday 15th September.
• An independent judging panel will review all applications received. Shortlisted applicants will be announced on Thursday 28^th September.
• Winners for each category will be announced at the County Kildare Chamber Business Awards Gala Dinner on the 17^th November in The Killashee Hotel.
• The judges’ decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Canvassing of judges or organisers will disqualify the entrant.
• Attachments can be emailed for inclusion to Allan@countykildarechamber.ie – a max of two attachments (each no more than 10 pages) can be submitted per award application.

Invoicing & Payment

• Bookings are not fully confirmed until full payment is received.
• Unpaid bookings are subject to release 14 days in advance of the event.
• Bookings cancelled within 14 days are liable for full payment and no refunds.
• If you reserve a table of ten and your numbers drop, we reserve the right to add people to your table to make it a table of ten.
